construction and maintenance of campus or building clusters in
Government / PSU / Autonomous Institutes / Scientific R&D Institutes

Experience Requirements : Good
command of English, Knowledge of Government rules, including CPWD and
Knowledge of computers and word processing and ability to undertake
independent correspondence with outside organization. Experience of (a)
Working in a Scientific institution with experimental laboratories, (b)
Maintenance of Centralized air conditioning systems, (c) Maintenance of
Scientific equipment’s, (d) Planning and construction of Scientific
laboratories.
