• Pay scale : Rs. 9300-34800/-
• Grade Pay : Rs. 4200/-

Eligibility Criteria for UBKV Recruitment :    

• Educational Qualification :
• For Subject Matter Specialist : First or Second class master degree in the relevant subject/ discipline followed by a Bachelor’s degree in Agriculture/Horticulture/Animal Science or Veterinary Science from a recognized University.
• For Farm Manager : B.Sc. Agriculture/B.Sc. Horticulture.
• Nationality : Indian

Age Limit : (As on 01.01.2016)

• For Subject Matter Specialist : 40 years
• For Farm Manager : 35 years

Age Relaxation : 

• For OBC Candidates : 3 years
• For SC/ST Candidates : 5 years

Job Location : West Bengal

Application Fee : Candidates belonging to General/OBC have to pay Rs. 500/- and candidates belonging to SC/ST have to pay Rs. 250/- (for the posts under Serial No. A & B) and General/OBC have to pay Rs. 300/- & Rs. 150/- for SC/ST candidates (for Other posts) through Demand Draft drawn in favour of Uttar Banga Krishi Viswavidyalaya, payable at Cooch Behar.
