Age Limit: Candidates age limit should not be more than 50 years for Sr.No:1 Post, 45 years for Sr.No:2 Post, 37 years Sr.No:3 Post. Age relaxation will be applicable as per rules.

Educational Qualification: Candidates should possess Ph.D Degree with First Class at Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in the appropriate branch of Engg & Tech., and experience of ten years in teaching, research and /or industry, out of which at least five years at the level of Assistant Professor Reader or equivalent grade for Sr.No:1(xiv),2(xxiii,xxiv) Posts, First Class Master’s Degree in the appropriate branch of Engineering & Technology for Sr.No:3(xvi,xvii,xviii) Post, Master’s Degree in Business Management/ Administration/ in a relevant management related discipline or first class in two years full time PGDM declared equivalent by AIU/ recognized by the AICTE/ UGC, minimum experience in relevant field for Sr.No:3(xv) Post, First Class Masters Degree in Business Management/ Administration/ in a relevant management related discipline or first class in two year full time PGDM declared equivalent by AIU/ accredited by the AICTE/ UGC for Sr.No:2(xxii) Post. Selection Process: Shortlisted candidates will be called for interview.

Application Form and Fee:
By Counter: Candidates may obtain application from available at the Directorate of Recruitment, 1st Floor, Administrative Building of the University by paying Rs.1000/- for Sr.No:1 Post, Rs.800/- for Sr.No:3 Post, Rs.700/- for Sr.No:2 Post at cash counter of the University from 05-09-2014 to 25-09-2014. SC/ ST candidates are to pay one fourth of the application fees.

By Cash: Application form may also be downloaded from the University website www.klyuniv.ac.in & should pay Rs.1000/- for Sr.No:1 Post, Rs.800/- for Sr.No:3 Post, Rs.700/- for Sr.No:2 Post by a/c payee bank draft of any nationalized bank drawn in favour of ‘University of Kalyani’ payable at Kalyani from 05-09-2014 to 25-09-2014

Application Form & Fee for Foreign Candidates: Application form may also be downloaded from the University website www.klyuniv.ac.in & should pay 100 US$ in the form of a/c payee bank draft of any scheduled bank drawn in favour of ‘University of Kalyani’ payable at Kalyani from 05-09-2014 to 25-09-2014.

How to Apply: Eligible candidates may send their applications in the prescribed format along with attested copies of all relevant documents, bank draft etc on or before 25-09-2014 to Director of Recruitment, Administrative Building (1st Floor), University of Kalyani, P.O- Kalyani-741235, Dist- Nadia, West Bengal, India, Pin-741235.
