- For Lab Technician : Higher Secondary Passed from a recognized institute with diploma in Medical in Medical Laboratory Technology.
- For Data Entry Operator : Bachelor’s Degree with diploma in computer application
- Nationality : Indian
Age Limit :
- For Medical Officer : 63 Year
- For Lab Technician/DEO : 40 Year
